Can you work outside trading hours?

Yes. Much of our retail and hospitality work is completed overnight or in early-morning windows so your business keeps trading. After-hours rates and programme are agreed up front in the quote.

Are you insured for commercial sites?

Yes — we carry full public liability insurance and provide certificates of currency, SWMS and licence documentation before commencing on site.

Do you handle make-good works at end of lease?

Yes. We work from the landlord or agent’s make-good schedule, provide an itemised price against each line item, and document completion with photos to support your bond or security release.
